I recall the moment 10 years ago now, just like it was yesterday, when Eiji cut my hair in his hair salon in Tokyo. While I was sitting in his chair he said to me: "I want to share the beauty that I create with Asian People from all over the region, not just Japan."

At the time, I must say that I really didnft know much about him. For instance I didnft know that he had won the second runner up prize at the international hairdressing competition in Paris and has received more than 60 awards from home and abroad. So at the time I didnft think much about it, but I did like my haircut.

What Eiji meant was that he had managed to create a special cutting technique especially for Japanese hair. This not only used the hairfs texture, but took into account the Asian bone structure and skin color to bring out the best features with his hairstyles. And he wanted to share these beauty secrets with people around Asia.

He said: "Why donft we share the Kirei, Kawaii, and Kakkoii, (meaning beauty, cute and cool in Japanese), with as many as people as possible. The best moment for me as a stylist is when I have finished and my customer gives me a wonderful smile.h

That was the beginning of our project, now called the Eiji Project or E.P., and we named our group after it.

The group's mission is very clear and simple: we want as many Asian people as possible to become more beautiful, cute, cool and happy after they visit us.

Our stylists will be using the special Japanese cutting edge technique developed by Eiji, and they will treat each one of our customers with passion and dedication.
Lets do Asian hair, Tokyo style!
